The merchandise will be shipped from the store to our warehouse, and your account will be credited for the full amount when your return arrives at our warehouse. Please note: You cannot exchange merchandise purchased online for merchandise in a Neiman Marcus store.

I had a GREAT experience at Neiman Marcus the last 20 times I've been there. It's just a wonderful place to shop and they have frequent sales which make things more affordable for me. Their return policy is one of the best I've ever seen. They include shipping labels for you to ship things back to them. They're the best there is out there for a department store. Kudos NEimans!

I ordered this ring last year, wear it all the time with my John Hardy bracelets, unlimited compliments. It receives more compliments than my diamond ring.

It took 4 months and numerous phone calls to return a pair of boots which had been sent by mistake (duplicate order). I asked for pick-up orders(never sent), etc. In addition, I was told that I had to contact the store from which the merchandise came and they blew me off. DON'T ORDER FROM THE CATALOGUE ON THE PHONE IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM. I will NEVER order from the Neiman Marcus catalog again!
