Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item within 10 working days from the date of delivery. YOOX offers no exchanges on the Merchandise sold. Here is our return policy. Before sending make sure you have fulfilled all of the following requirements. Your return:
- can be sent only after you have filled in the on line return form so that you can get your 'return number';
- must be unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged;
- must have the YOOX refund tag still attached (shoes must have a clip or a sticker under the sole still attached);
- must be sent in its original packaging; audio CDs must be returned with their original unbroken sealing;
- must have the YOOX return slip (which you'll find on the order form) inside the package;
- must reach YOOX within 30 working days from the delivery date;
