I rate this merchant very high. I brought a high-end handbag and was frankly very nervous. Yet, the merchant did exactly what they said they would do. The handbag was authentic and new as they promised. It matched the description on their website and they delivered it through a very good carrier in exactly the timeframe they promised. I am very, very pleased!! They also have a customer service line so I was confident that I could speak to someone if there had been a problem. However, I didnt need them! :-) Thank you!
