We hope you love your new shoes as much as we do. But if they're not absolutely perfect, please let us know. We'll happily give you a refund for the full amount you paid. Just make sure the shoes are unworn and in their original condition, and send them back within 60 days of your purchase. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on clearance shoes.
Please note: shipping is on us. Use the prepaid UPS return label included in your order and take your return to the nearest UPS drop off or hand it to your local driver. Visit ups.com/dropoff for locations.
Your refund may take up to 14 business days to process. If a refund was issued to your credit card, you'll see the credit on your account statement within two billing cycles.
