The merchandise will be shipped from the store to our warehouse, and your account will be credited for the full amount when your return arrives at our warehouse. Bought mine in Rome, Italy and I love it. The size and shape is perfect. The exterior fabric is laminated and cleans up easily. I bought the white one with black piping and I wish I had the back one too. This is a purchase that you won't regret!
